Frank Galuppo, Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Galuppo has over 40 years of experience in the Telecommunications industry. His past experiences include Managing Director of Lucent Technologies Nuremberg, Germany product development center, General Manager of Lucent’s Dense Wave Division Multiplexing business unit and President of Lucent’s Optical Networking business Unit. Following his departure from Lucent Technologies, Mr. Galuppo held the position of CEO at Amedia Networks for 3 years. Amedia Networks designed home gateway products for delivery of high speed broadband services. Most recently, Mr. Galuppo has provided business development consulting support too telecommunication network equipment providers and has held the position of Executive in Residence at Omni Capital Ventures.
Dragos Alexe, Founder and President.
Mr. Alexe founded DAX Technologies in 1996. Since then, Mr. Alexe has dedicated his time to leading DAX as a successful supplier of OSS/BSS solutions, IT consulting, and staffing. Through his commitment to excellence, in-house software development, and R&D, teams were created to support customer system integration projects, custom software development projects, and OSS/BSS products for government, enterprise, and communications service providers. It is through this team of IT professionals and development staff that DAX Technologies offers value and a competitive advantage to our clients.
Tom Magg, Chief Technical Officer.
Mr. Magg leads the development of the software technology and product vision and road map for the company. Mr. Magg works in close consultation with customers to deliver customer value and expand the company’s position as an industry leader and innovator. Prior to joining DAX, Mr. Magg has held a wide range of technical management positions at Bell Laboratories, AT&T, and most recently Lucent Technologies where he was technical sales director for Lucent’s Software Product Division for North America. He has extensive publications in the area of software development and technology. Mr. Magg holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Engineering degrees in electrical engineering with a minor in computer science form Cornell University.
Brion Feinberg, PhD, Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President of Product Management
Brion Feinberg is the Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President of Product Management for DAX Technologies. Brion is responsible for the strategic and tactical direction of the company’s products that provide customer experience management for telecommunication service providers. Brion has over 30 years of experience working on management systems for telecommunications services, working with mobile operators, VoIP systems and internet service providers. Through his earlier work with Lucent Technologies/AT&T, Brion has four patents in the areas of congestion management for voice and data networks, using network data for directed marketing efforts, and implementations of multi-party revenue sharing models. Brion holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Princeton University and a PhD in Engineering-Economic Systems from Stanford University.
Jeff Moulton, PE, Executive Vice President Global Sales
Mr. Moulton leads the global sales activities for the company where he works closely with DAX Technologies customers to support their evolution towards a more customer centric network and support framework. Prior to joining DAX Technologies, Mr. Moulton held senior sales positions at Ericsson, Marconi and Lucent Technologies, selling a full portfolio of products and services to global operators, cable companies and enterprise customers. He also has extensive product management and engineering experience while working at AT&T, primarily in transport and networking solutions. He has worked and lived in multiple countries throughout his career. Mr. Moulton holds an MBA from Northeastern University and a BSCEE from Clarkson University.
